Seniors Festival 2022 – Propagating plants for free

April 2, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Reconnect with the environment and learn how to propagate plants for free.

Join Green Living Staff who will reconnect you with the old age skill of propagating.

The Green Living Centre’s sustainability educator and trained horticulturist Emma Daniell will step you through how to grow new plants successfully from seeds and cuttings.

Bring with you:

  • sun hat , sunscreen and covered shoes
  • notepad and pen to take notes
  • water bottle and snack (no water or snacks will be provided)
  • bag or box to carry home plants in.

Bookings are essential and numbers are strictly limited.

COVID-19 Safety:

  • A COVID-19 Safety Plan is in place for this event in adherence with NSW Government Guidelines.
  • All participants must wear a face mask indoors and observe good hygiene. Hand sanitiser will be available. Attendees will be expected to maintain a 1.5m distance from others at all times.
  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell on the day of the workshop. For information on COVID-19 symptoms visit NSW Health.

This free event is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. It is for residents of the Inner West local government area and priority will be given to Inner West residents.
