Join us at Footprints Online
In 2020 we took our annual sustainability festival online with podcasts and videos on current sustainability issues. You can still listen or watch them online on Inner West Council’s Footprints Online page.
Talks
Listen to one of the three podcasts. The panel discussion topics are:
- Talking climate with Richard Aedy (ABC Radio National’s “Hot Mess” podcast), Rebecca Huntley (“How to talk about climate change”) and Jean Hinchliffe (School Strike for Climate).
- The local share economy with Inka Santala (University of Wollongong), Amy Croucher (Inner West Tool Library) and Eli Bramborova (Sharewaste).
- Sustainable food systems with Costa Georgiadis (ABC Gardening Australia), Patrice Newell (“Who’s Minding the farm?”) and Manu Prigoni (Farm it Forward).
“How to” videos
Watch a waste free cooking demonstration from Alex Elliot–Howery and Jaimee Edwards based on their new book “Use It All – The Cornersmith guide to a more sustainable kitchen”. Kids can join in a children’s drawing activity with Artspark Studio.
