This Statement sets out Green Living Centre’s (GLC) policy relating to personal information obtained by the GLC through access to its website. The GLC will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent unless it is required by law. You may provide the GLC with information directly, such as through subscribing to the newsletter. The amount of information the GLC collects about you depends on how you use this website. The only personal information Council collects is what you tell Council about yourself.

The GLC will not use or disclose any information about you without your consent. The GLC will not access your communications on this website unless it is required by law.

The GLC will take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which it holds about you and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Your information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

7. Changing and deleting the information the GLC has about you

If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact the GLC by e-mailing contact@greenlivingcentre.org.au and we will change this record. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please let us know in the same manner as referred to above and we will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.

The GLC provides links to other websites. These linked sites are not under the control of the GLC. The GLC is not responsible for the conduct of organisations linked to our website. Before disclosing your personal information, the GLC advises you to examine the terms and conditions of using their website (Facebook, MailChimp, Eventbrite) and to review privacy settings where applicable.
