Bike Tune Ups

Would you love to ride your bike but the tyres are flat, the wheel wobbles or the brakes are squeaky? Then a free bike tune-up is what you need to get you back to riding again.

Undertaken by Pedal Set Go, bike education and maintenance experts, the tune up check your bike is safe and comfortable and make adjustments as needed:

• bolt & accessory check
• brake system assess & adjust gauge chain wear,
• clean and lube drivetrain
• adjust gears
• explaining any issues
• questions/discussion of further sources of credible maintenance information

Time: 15 minute sessions from 10am to1pm. Limit of 1 bike per booking. eBikes welcome.

Where: Park on street and make your way through the front pedestrian gate on Prospect Rd side! The workshop area is based at the back left-hand corner of the facility.

Please note this service is not a replacement for regular maintenance needed on bicycles. If your bike has not been ridden for a long time, we can advise on what parts might be needed to get you rolling again. No parts are supplied as part of a tune-up.
