Bike Tune-ups September

Would you love to ride your bike but the tyre has a puncture, the wheel is wobbly or the brakes are squeaky? Then a bike tune-up is what you need and would get you back riding again.
Undertaken by Pedal Set Go, bike education and maintenance experts, this service will cover the following:
- checking brake pads, gears, drivetrain – inc. chain wear
- tyre wear and wheel true-ness
- cleaning and oiling chain if time permits
- advice if bike parts are needed
- questions/discussion of further sources of credible maintenance information
Time: 15 minute sessions from 10am to1pm. Limit of 1 bike per booking.
Where: Undercover at Inner West Sustainability Centre Laneway.
Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings.
Who: This workshop is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. This service is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at the Office of Local Government website to find your local government area, if you’re unsure. Proof of residential address will be required.
