Reuse Basket Making
February 27 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pmFree
Join our friends from Reverse Garbage to learn how to reuse materials to make a small basket. This free workshop will teach you how to think creatively and differently about things you find at home.
During this workshop, which is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to create a basket from reuse materials. We will demonstrate how easy upcycling can be and how to make a functional item from materials that are often considered ‘waste’.
At the end of the workshop, everyone will take home their own awesome and practical basket. You’ll also be inspired and knowledgeable about upcycling and adopting a zero-waste lifestyle.
Please bring along an old pre-loved tee-shirt that we will show you how to transform and revive.
This is a free workshop for residents of the Inner West local government area and priority will be given to Inner West residents. Search by address at the Office of Local Government website to find your local government area.
If you are not from the Inner West local government area please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on a waitlist.
