Introduction to Composting and Worm Farming

September 16, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Learn to compost and worm farm at this introductory webinar

Composting and worm farming are an easy and important step towards becoming a zero waste community, and to improving your gardening by enriching your soil.

Choosing the right system is the first step to successfully reducing your household waste. In this online workshop we’ll explore the differences and similarities between composting and worm farming to help you choose the right one for your household. We’ll discuss how to set up and maintain your chosen system, including what to put in and what you need to leave out. We’ll give you plenty of time to ask questions of our experienced presenter.

This webinar is being held by the Green Living Centre and Resource Recovery Planning of Inner West Council. Entry is free for residents of the Inner West Council area and priority will be given to Inner West residents. If you are unsure you can search by address at the Office of Local Government website to find your local government area.

If you are not from the Inner West local government area please email education@greenlivingcentre.org.au to ask to be put on a waitlist.

If you have any questions please email education@greenlivingcentre.org.au or phone 02 9392 5054.

This project is supported by the Environmental Trust as part of the NSW Environment Protection Authority’s Waste Less, Recycle More initiative funded from the waste levy.
