Composting and worm farming are an easy and important step towards becoming a zero waste community, and to improving your gardening by enriching your soil.
Choosing the right system is the first step to successfully reducing your household waste. In this workshop we’ll explore the differences and similarities between composting and worm farming to help you choose the right one for your household. We’ll discuss how to set up and maintain your chosen system, including what’s appropriate to put in and what you need to leave out. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions of our very experienced presenter.
You’ll also get the chance to look around a working community garden and see their composting system in action.
As numbers are limited, this workshop is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. If you are not from the Inner West Council area please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on a waitlist.
